Its founder, Nelson Lastra, is a Food & Beverage, Restaurant and Hospitality leader who has created brands and improved restaurant management processes by strengthening internal processes through his Food&Beverage developments for more than 20 years. Hunnychef was founded by NS Gastronomic Consultants in 2022 when this Food and Beverage genius brought together a group of engineers in the United States to develop a web platform called Hunnychef.
